	Ladies Football
	A group of our Youth Football Mums have started a Ladies team. They are training only this season to get fit and learn the ropes, and they then plan to enter a league next season. They train on Friday nights 6-7pm at Carterton ATP with a FA Qualified Coach – cost is £1.00 per session. Just turn up if you would like to join in, or call Jodie on 07824 636946 for more details.

Dear all,

As many of you will know Ducklington Sports Club has outline planning permission for a new clubhouse. Obviously we will apply everywhere we possibly can for grants, etc. but need to increase the bank balance at the club quite drastically as we will need to fund a certain percentage ourselves. We anticipate the cost to be in the region of £450,000 and if we have to provide even 10% we are currently short on about £35,000!

This is as much your club as it is ours, and I wondered whether you could suggest any fundraising ideas we could consider organising.

FYI We have a committee meeting every second Thursday of the month at 8pm at the club. Please feel free to come along and make any suggestions you think would help make our club a better one.
